•Repairing the Mirror of Twilight

To enter the Twilight Realm, Link travelled to the Mirror of Twilight. There, Midna noticed that the Mirror of Twilight had been destroyed by Zant. She learns that Zant’s powers come from Ganondorf, who had been banished to the Twilight Realm long ago.

Midna and Link collects the shards of the Mirror of Twilight, which had been scattered both throughout Hyrule and in the ancient City in the Sky.

•Usurper King Zant waiting in the Twilight Realm

Link infuses his blade with light to free the Twili from Zant’s powers of darkness, and the guardian deities of that world recognized him as a hero.

Finally, they confronted Zant deep in the Palace of Twilight. Midna reclaimed the Fused Shadows from Zant and used its ancient powers to destroy Zant.
