A translation of a concept art page from Hyrule Historia. Images taken from History of Hyrule’s The Legend of Zelda art anthology.
Chancellor Cole
Cole takes on the alias of the chancellor of Hyrule Castle. Looking at the design sketches, it seems that Cole was going to be a man of small stature who underwent a complete transformation ever since the beginning.
Double silk hats. His round silhouette curves inwards.
His true form: The goat horns are drawn to resemble thunder. His silhouette sticks sharply outward.
A variety of faces.

A small error I noticed: the index page and the next page, link in the opposite way.
