•Fi, the Hero’s Guide
Even Link’s destiny had been set in motion. Through fate’s guidance, he went within the statue of the Goddess and found the “Goddess Sword”, whose existence only Gaepora knew about. Tales of it had been passed down to a select few from generation to generation.
Guided by Fi, the spirit of the sword, Link broke through the cloud barrier and dove down to the mythical land of the surface to look for Zelda. His only means of getting there in one piece was the sailcloth Zelda had given him…
•Regaining the memories of the Goddess
Meanwhile, Zelda was on a mission of her own. As she had had fallen from the heavens, an old lady had come to her rescue. The old woman told Zelda that she was the reincarnation of Goddess Hylia and sent her along the path her destiny had laid out for her. Wearing the garment of the Goddess, she was to pray at the springs inside the temples of Sky and Earth.
On her way to the Earth Temple, Zelda was caught by Ghirahim’s Bokoblin army, However, she was rescued by Impa, a Sheikah sent to aid her on her quest.
•The Goddess Sword
A sacred Sword hidden within the statue of the Goddess. Hylia left it with a spirit that would guide the Hero on his quest. Its secret has been passed on through the generations to Gaepora and it is said that it will begin to glow when the apocalypse yet again is imminent. It can only be drawn by the chosen Hero.
•The Garment of the Goddess
The same white dress that Goddess Hylia wore. The harp in Zelda’s hands was handed down through generations in Skyloft.
•The Old Woman
Has guarded the sealed temple for thousands of years. She is actually Impa of this era.
•The Map of the Surface
The surface is divided into three regions, with each region keeping one of the sacred flames of the Goddess. The three regions are named after their guardian dragons Faron, Eldin and Lanayru.
The three regions are covered with forests, volcanoes and desert, respectively. However, the desert used to be a lush, green land.
